• Please confirm your health fund provider at the time of booking.
• The rebate for some health funds can be claim in clinic and for the others an eligible receipt will be provided.
• Private health fund claims are only claimable on all follow treatments. Promotion, Discount and Gift Vouchers do not apply.
• Hicaps facilities are available: lets you claim on the spot (depending on your individual coverage)
